Frequently Asked Questions

(Q) I Have Insurance, But I’m Not Sure What It Covers?
PROMED will gladly verify all types of insurance and answer questions about coverage and make financial arrangements free of charge. Pro Med will help you understand what services are available and what the cost of such services would be.
(Q) If My Insurance Doesn’t Cover Services, What Are My Options?
Private pay services are available. PROMED can customize a plan of care that meets the needs of the patient and works with a set budget. We can accomplish the goal of providing services that are needed by conducting an interview with the patient or family members. There is usually a one week deposit required up front on all services. Billing is sent on a weekly basis to the address designated by the family or patient.
(Q) How Do You Qualify Your Staff Members Who Would Be Coming Into My Home?
All nurses, aides and therapists who visit your home go through a rigorous interview and screening process, as well as criminal background checks and license verification. Our caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated to ensure that you or your loved one is receiving the care and attention they deserve.
